Globe Women's SHADOW XF 14" Pull-On Structural Boots with Arctic Grip
The Globe Women’s SHADOW XF 14” Pull-On Structural Boots have a VIBRAM Arctic Grip Outsole that offers twice the slip-resistance of other boots even on wet ice, and retain a flexible platform up to -40°F/-40°C. These boots are constructed with specially softened flame and water-resistant leather with flexible zones in key areas on the boot.
Inside, these boots have a full-height liner made of Omaha fabric, 300g insulation, and GORE CROSSTECH material that’s both waterproof and breathable - and one further liner of KEVLAR protects the CROSSTECH material while resisting cuts and providing thermal protection. The HEELPORT Internal Fit System securely holds your heel in place while providing cushion for your ankle.
Removable Dual-Density Enhanced Footbed System
These firefighter boots cradle your foot and provide a comfortable, contoured cushion with plenty of arch support. The top fabric layer of these removable footbeds is antimicrobial and moisture-wicking.
Protective Composite Parts
The shin guards, lasting boards, heel counters, shanks, and safety toe caps of these boots are made with a composite material that won’t transmit heat or cold while offering protection from punctures, cuts, and abrasions.
Dual-Density 3D Molded Footbed System
The footbeds in these firefighting boots over a double-layer of comfort by cushioning and contouring to your feet, including your arches. The top fabric layer is antimicrobial and moisture-wicking.
VIBRAM Contoured Cup Outsole and Toe Bumper
These boots use a VIBRAM compound to protect your soles and toes. The compound is abrasion-resistant and can withstand extreme temperatures and environments.
Athletic Footwear Construction
The uppers and outsoles of these firefighting boots are bonded with a 2-part cross-linking adhesive that creates flexibility similar to athletic shoes.
Flexible NOMEX Straps
The leather-reinforced NOMEX webbing straps make it easier to pull these boots up under your turnouts, and the handles won’t irritate your legs.
Improved Slip-Resistance
The soles of these boots have siping, or thin slits in the soles, that open when flexed to improve traction on wet or icy terrain.
