Rescue Tool Specialist – Northern California and Western Nevada
Do you get excited when someone wants to talk about Rescue Tools? Do you think you can explain how Rescue Tools help emergency responders perform their duties successfully and safely? Are you mature, hard working, and able to help others be successful? Have you done training or teaching?
This is a very unique position for a person that has a strong passion for Emergency Responder Rescue Tools and is able to educate others. The person in this position works closely with L.N. Curtis & sons sales representatives, and their customers, developing new business, training, and working with our partner suppliers.
The ideal candidate would posses the following qualities:
- A relentless desire to be the best at what you do.
- The ability to manipulate equipment in excess of 60 lbs.
- The willingness to travel away from home and work long hours, including working outdoors in various weather extremes.
- Knowledge of rescue struts, hydraulic tools, air lifting bags and saws.
- Proven ability to follow through on ALL customer and sales representatives requests.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, and promptly, with customers and sales representatives via verbal and written means.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to plan weeks, and months in advance.
- Provide solutions, be assertive, proactive, and have the courage to take initiative to effect change.
- Exceptional presentation skills, understand Socratic selling.
- Able to clarify, analyze, overcome customer objections, and effectively decide on good solutions for all parties involved.
- General computer skills to include competence with Word documents, PDF, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree, or proven work history and success in the realm of Rescue Tools.

Intermountain (Utah, Wyoming, Montana, So. Idaho and Eastern Nevada)
Do you get excited when someone wants to talk about turnout gear? Do you think you can explain how PPE works to protect emergency responders? Are you mature, hard working, and able to help others be successful? Have you performed training or teaching?
This is a very unique position for a person that has a strong passion for emergency responder PPE and is able to educate others. The person in this position works closely with L.N. Curtis & sons sales representatives, and their customers, developing new business, training, and working with our partner suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

The person in this position will work closely with outside sales representatives managing existing accounts, developing new business and handling heavy incoming sales calls from new and existing customers. We are dedicated to providing world-class customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- The ability to follow through on all client and account representatives’ requests within allotted time period.
- Communicate effectively to customers verbally, via e-mail or phone.
